New boilers
What does £1,930 include?
A full combi installation: boiler, flue, filter, chemical flush, labour, registration, and taking away your old boiler and waste.
Is the online price fixed?
It’s based on your answers. We confirm it on a free survey, then it’s fixed.
How soon can you fit it?
As soon as the day after your survey, when the boiler is in stock.
Which boilers do you fit?
Mainly ATAG, Vaillant, Glow-worm and Ideal. Worcester and Baxi on request.
How does the 18-year ATAG warranty work?
We upgrade ATAG’s 12-year parts and labour warranty to 18 years, free. ATAG provides it. Have the boiler serviced every year to keep it valid. Other brands come with their maker’s standard warranty.
When do I pay?
50% to book, 50% when it’s fitted.
What’s the October offer?
A free Hive Mini smart thermostat, worth £240, with every installation. Book by 31 October.
Repairs
What does the £195 cover?
Diagnosis and the labour to fix one fault on one boiler or appliance, including a return visit to fit parts. No call-out fee. Not included: parts (priced before we start), any further faults, making access (lifting flooring, opening ceilings or walls, removing cylinders or baths), flue replacements, repairs that need the boiler taken off the wall, main heat exchangers, and system work such as power flushing, leak tracing, or radiator and pipework changes. If it isn’t worth fixing, your £195 goes towards a new boiler.
Do I pay for parts?
Yes. We give you the price first and only fit them once you say yes.
Is there a call-out fee?
No.
What if my boiler isn’t worth fixing?
We’ll tell you straight. If you choose a new boiler with us, your £195 goes towards it.
When can you come?

Servicing and CP12
How much is a service?
£110. It’s £55 when added to a repair visit.
How much is a landlord CP12?
£140 with a boiler service, for up to 3 appliances. Extra appliances are £30 each. It’s £70 when added to a repair visit.
